Description:
The second level of training is intended to empower participants with an understanding of the verbal and non-verbal cues associated with interpersonal-human aggression. The material presented in this portion will expose the participant to simple techniques they can use to increase their chance to escape a subject wishing to cause them harm.

• Personal Protection Options
• Establishing a Winning Mindset
• Environmental considerations for Personal Safety
• Proper Striking Techniques and Targets
• Grip and Choke breaks

Participants who attend the 6-hour course may expect the following:

• An increased sense of personal safety.
• An increased understanding of the predator mindset and the importance of visualization and mental preparation.
• To learn simple techniques that will enhance your ability to protect yourself and escape aggressive subjects.
