Impact Weapon Basic Operator Certification

Description:
The D & R Training and Consulting impact weapon certification course is designed to educate participants on the proper and efficient application of impact weapons. We understand that these weapons vary from straight or riot batons to collapsible/expandable batons. Because of this understanding, we developed a certification program that is applicable no matter what baton type is being carried.

The impact weapon training program offered by D & R Training and Consulting is designed to ensure participants are thoroughly trained in techniques that when practiced regularly will continue to develop power and efficiency. Therefore, participants will be expected to demonstrate not only the academic knowledge associated with the application of impact weapons, but also the physical abilities to apply the weapon in a manner that will be effective against an aggressor.
