Description:
This 2 day instructor certification course is designed to prepare participants to be licensed by TASER International to train and certify others in the proper application of TASER® brand electronic control devices. Admission to this course is strictly limited to law enforcement and appropriate military personnel only.

Topics to be covered:

• Weapon technology overview
• Proper weapon function and deployment
• Safety consideration for weapon deployment
• Use of force and its documentation
• Weapon care and maintenance
• Use of TASER® Instructional materials provided

Equipment Required:

• TASER® Brand weapon (LE Models)
• Appropriate belt and weapon holster
• Wrap around eye protection

Dress Requirement:

• Comfortable casual attire, please no shorts
• Footwear that will permit movement in all directions
