In today’s litigious society, it is imperative that those responsible for managing the training function completely understand the complexities of the position. This 2 day course is designed to provide the participants with an in-depth view of the responsibilities associated with training, and techniques that will better enable them to meet those responsibilities with enthusiasm and creativity. Participants will leave this course with a firm grasp on the liabilities they face as a trainer, as well as clear cut methods of protecting their organizations and their personnel from these same issues.

• How to organize and implement training courses
• Proper training documentation
• Working with “Clean” and “Adjusted” lesson plans
• Accountability – Instructor and Student
• How to evaluate internal and external training resources
