Andrew is the Director of Operations for D & R Training and Consulting. He began his law enforcement career in Florida in 2001, and currently serves as one of his law enforcement agency's Field Training Officers. Drew has repeatedly demonstrated his ability to perform his duties while maintaining exceptional officer safety and has also become one of his agency's lead O.C., Impact, and TASER weapons instructors. Drew was selected as a permanent training staff member, and subsequently promoted to Director of Operations, based on his unwavering drive to excel at everything he does. Brian is the Director of Training for D
& R Training and Consulting, Inc.. He began his law enforcement career in 1995 and has an exceptional background in Crime Prevention Services. Brian has earned his certification as a Florida Crime Prevention Practitioner and has played a leading role in the development of numerous community awareness programs regarding personal and industrial security. He is also a state certified security instructor, as well as a certified instructor for firearm and emergency vehicle operations. Dennis Fritchie began his
law enforcement career in 1990, as a Deputy Sheriff with the
Martin County Sheriff's Office. While working as a road patrol
deputy, Dennis developed a skill for establishing a rapport with
a suspect, and was thereby able to obtain a high number of
confessions. Dennis' capacity for inducing people to talk
provided a medium that enhanced his effectiveness at reducing
criminal activity in his assigned patrol area. To view

Richard is a Lead Firearms Instructor for D & R Training and Consulting, Inc. He has more than 20 years law enforcement experience and is a recognized expert in crash investigations. Richard has always fostered a love for training and holds instructor certifications in numerous firearms and street survival disciplines. Since retiring from law enforcement, he works diligently toward maintaining his high level of firearms proficiency and regularly teaches firearms courses from basic weapons operations to advanced tactical applications.
