		Welcome to D & R Training and Consulting - Consulting Division D & R Training and Consulting was formed in January of 2006, with a primary goal of providing professional training programs for law enforcement and military personnel. It was only a brief period of time before we realized that our expertise was being sought after for consultation. Administrators and trainers frequently requested our consultation on a variety of topics ranging from organizational policy development to expert witness testimony for use of force issues.
